What radiator accessories do we distinguish?
A radiator alone is not enough to distribute heat in a home. Accessories are also needed to easily install it and then keep it in good condition. What radiator accessories are useful? Every heating system must be equipped with valves. These elements are mounted on the central heating radiator and simply enable the use of the heater. Valves come in various shapes and colors, and are also made from different materials (e.g. brass, copper). The type of valve is matched to your system; therefore, it's important to pay attention to how the radiator is connected in the entire installation. A corner radiator valve will be useful where the connections are parallel to the radiator. On the other hand, a straight radiator valve is used when the connection occurs in a straight line.

Thermostatic heads: a thermostatic head is an accessory mounted on the thermostatic valve of the radiator. It allows you to set the temperature inside and maintain it at a specified level. Thanks to the heads, it is possible to manage the temperature in each room individually.

Electric heater: electric heaters are a solution that allows you to enjoy warmth even outside the heating season. They enable the radiator to be activated even when the central heating is turned off. When selecting the power of the electric heater, it should be ensured that it is less than the power of the bathroom radiator to which it will be mounted. It should be equipped with a thermostat regulating the operating temperature and allowing operation with the necessary power at a given moment.

If you cannot drill holes and attach the hanger to the wall, a floor stand for the radiator may be a solution. For proper radiator attachment, especially for beginners, a ready-made assembly set may be helpful. It contains connectors, caps, and devices for venting the installation.
Thermostat - an economical and ecological solution
Modern radiators should necessarily be equipped with a thermostat. This small knob makes them much more economical, and consequently - ecological. The ambient temperature set on the thermostat remains constant - it does not "jump" as is the case with models without a thermostat. Because of this, the radiator consumes less energy, and the bills are consequently lower. The advantage of installing a radiator with a thermostat is also that you can set the air temperature for each room. In the kitchen, where cooking occurs and is generally warmer, you can set lower values, while in the bathroom, where a higher temperature is needed - you can set it according to your preferences.
