Promotion terms and conditions „Flooring days at Mexen”
I. Preliminary provisions

These terms determine the rules of the promotion called „Flooring days at Mexen” (hereinafter referred to as the „Promotion”).

The Promotion applies to the online store at:
MEXEN – www.mexen.ie -
The Promotion is valid from March 23, 2026, 00:00 to April 5, 2026, 23:59:59 or while stocks last.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
II. Detailed conditions of the promotion

The Promotion consists in granting a discount on products from the following categories:
- floor and wall tiles,
- floor panels
(hereinafter: „Promotional products”).

Promotional products are additionally marked with the ‘Flooring days’ label.

The discount is calculated according to the following thresholds:
- 45 € discount for every 350 € spent,
- 90 € discount for every 700 € spent,
- 135 € discount for every 1050 € spent,
etc. (the discount is calculated multiple times, proportionally to the cart value).

The discount is calculated automatically in the shopping cart and applies exclusively to Promotional products. The minimum amount of 350 € must be achieved exclusively by these products.
III. Complaints, data protection and withdrawal

Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to: [email protected]. ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The Organizer is the administrator of personal data (Privacy Policy on www.mexen.ie).

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. If the order value after returning products falls below the discount threshold, the Organizer has the right to appropriately adjust the granted discount.

Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms. Valid from March 23, 2026.
