TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "EASTER WITH MEXEN" PROMOTION

I. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the promotion named "Easter with Mexen", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".
2. The Organizer of the Promotion is:

   hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

3. The Promotion is valid in the online store operated at:

   Mexen – www.mexen.ie

4. The Promotion is valid from March 30, 2026, from 00:00 until April 5, 2026, until 23:59:59, or until stocks last (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
5. An additional promotional event, "Weekend Activation", is valid from April 3–5, 2026 (hereinafter: "Weekend Activation Period").
6. A condition for participating in the Promotion is to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7. A Participant of the Promotion is any customer of the mexen.ie store making purchases of Promotional Products during the Promotion Period.
8. Customer, Consumer, and Entrepreneur are defined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online store www.mexen.ie.

II. DETAILED PROMOTION CONDITIONS

1. Main Promotion

The Promotion consists of granting a discount:

• 10% discount on freestanding bathtubs available on www.mexen.ie.

Products covered by the Promotion will be marked on the mexen.ie store website.
The discount is automatically calculated in the shopping cart upon meeting the Promotion conditions.

2. Weekend Activation

During the period from April 3 to April 5, 2026, an additional promotion applies:

• 10% discount on bath-shower faucets when simultaneously purchasing a freestanding bathtub covered by the Promotion.

Each purchased freestanding bathtub entitles the customer to a discount on one bath-shower faucet in the same shopping cart.

This means that:

• for the purchase of one bathtub – the discount applies to one faucet,
• for the purchase of two bathtubs – the discount applies to two faucets,
• etc.

The discount is automatically calculated in the shopping cart upon meeting the Promotion conditions. The discount is applied to the cheapest faucets in the given shopping cart.

3. General Rules

Discounts are calculated based on the current prices visible on the website at the time of placing the order.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, but it can be combined with price reductions visible in the online store, unless separate terms of a given promotion state otherwise.
The discount is granted automatically and is visible in the shopping cart.
The discount amount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary or material equivalent.
The Promotion applies exclusively to sales made directly by the Organizer through the online store www.mexen.ie.

III. COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PROMOTION

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the email address: [email protected] or the correspondence address: „AGRAF” - Kieszkowski Rafał, ul. Strażacka 6, 05-084 Leszno, Poland.
2. The Seller recommends that the Promotion Participant provide the following in the complaint description: (i) information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint; (ii) the Participant's request related to the complaint; and (iii) contact details of the complainant – this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements stated in the preceding sentence are merely recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without adhering to these recommendations.
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
4. The Promotion Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint by a return message, which will be sent in writing or to the email address from which the complaint was submitted, depending on the form of complaint chosen by the Promotion Participant.
5. Furthermore, the Consumer has the following exemplary possibilities to use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution and claim assertion:
   1. The Consumer may submit a complaint via the ODR online platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR platform also provides a source of information on out-of-court dispute resolution methods that may arise between entrepreneurs and Consumers.
   2. Consumers may also seek assistance from local consumer advisory services or consumer protection organizations in their country of residence.
6. The use of out-of-court methods of complaint resolution and claim assertion described in point 5 above is voluntary. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions regarding out-of-court dispute resolution and claim assertion are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an obligation for the Seller to use them. The Seller's statement of consent or refusal to participate in proceedings for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is made by the Seller on paper or another durable medium if, following a complaint submitted by the Consumer, the dispute has not been resolved.

IV. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The Administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer. The processing of Participants' personal data is carried out on the principles provided by applicable law and in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy available during the Promotion Period on www.mexen.ie.
2. The provision of Participants' personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to enable the purchase of products under the Promotion.

V. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. In the event that a Promotion Participant, being a consumer, purchases a Product under the Promotion in the online store www.mexen.ie, they have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient for the Promotion Participant to submit a statement of withdrawal from the sales contract. Issues related to withdrawal from a distance contract are regulated in the online store's terms and conditions and in the section available at the URL: https://mexen.ie/returns, subject to the conditions below.
2. Partial or full withdrawal by the Promotion Participant from a sales contract concluded under the Promotion at a distance may result in the loss of Discounts granted to the Promotion Participant for participation in the Promotion.
3. The Promotion Participant is obliged to return all granted Discounts or other benefits granted to the Promotion Participant.
4. In a situation where products delivered under a single sales contract include Promotional Products, the Organizer is not obliged to agree to the return of products sold at full price (without simultaneously returning other Products purchased with a Discount), as the Promotion rules imply that the Customer would not have received the given Discount if they had concluded the sales contract in a different form.
5. The above assumptions do not in any way limit the Promotion Participant's right to withdraw from a distance contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
6. This section does not apply to Entrepreneurs. The provisions concerning consumers specified in this section also apply to contracts concluded from that day with Customers who are natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of these contracts indicates that they are not of a professional nature for them. To determine whether such a customer has consumer rights in specific circumstances, it is necessary to verify whether the concluded contract is of a professional nature based on applicable legal provisions.

VI. AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for a valid reason, which includes, but is not limited to:
   1. the need to adapt technical and IT solutions for the organization of the Promotion to market conditions related to technical and IT progress.
   2. a change in existing or introduction of new generally applicable legal provisions that directly affect the content of the Terms and Conditions.
   3. the issuance of an administrative decision or court ruling necessitating a change to the Terms and Conditions.
   4. correction of obvious typographical errors.
2. Any introduced changes to the Terms and Conditions will not affect the rights acquired by the Promotion Participants. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published one day in advance. Promotion Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Terms and Conditions may withdraw from participation in the Promotion.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the online store's terms and conditions at www.mexen.ie and applicable laws of the Republic of Ireland shall apply.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from March 30, 2026.
