§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the promotion named "Shower Days at Mexen", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".
The Organiser of the Promotion is:

hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".The Promotion is valid in the online store operated at:
MEXEN – mexen.ieThe Promotion is valid from 28 October 2026 at 00:00 to 10 November 2026 at 23:59:59 or while stocks last (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
The condition for participating in the Promotion is to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A participant in the Promotion is any customer of the mexen.ie store making a purchase of Promotional Products during the Promotion Period.
Customer, Consumer, and Entrepreneur are defined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online store mexen.ie.
§ 2 DETAILED PROMOTION CONDITIONS
Main Promotion
The Promotion consists of granting a discount:- 10% discount on shower enclosures, walk-in shower screens, and shower doors available on mexen.ie
- Products covered by the Promotion will be marked on the mexen.ie store website.
- The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart after the Promotion conditions are met.
General Rules
Discounts are calculated based on the current prices visible on the website at the time of placing the order.
The Promotion can be combined with other promotions and price reductions visible in the online store, unless separate terms of a given promotion state otherwise.
The discount is applied automatically and is visible in the shopping cart.
The discount amount cannot be exchanged for a monetary or material equivalent.
The Promotion applies exclusively to sales made directly by the Organiser through the online store mexen.ie.
§ 3 COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PROMOTION
Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the email address: [email protected] or the correspondence address: MEXEN Sp. z o.o. formerly „AGRAF” - KIESZKOWSKI RAFAŁ, ul. Strażacka 6, 05-084 Leszno, Poland.
The Organiser recommends that the Promotion Participant provides in the complaint description: (i) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint; (ii) the Participant's request related to the complaint; and (iii) the contact details of the complainant – this will facilitate and speed up the Organiser's consideration of the complaint. The requirements given in the preceding sentence are merely a recommendation and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without this recommendation.
Complaints will be processed by the Organiser within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
The Promotion Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint by a return message, which will be sent to them, depending on the form of complaint chosen by the Promotion Participant, in writing or to the email address from which it was submitted.
The Consumer who would like to take advantage of the possibility of an amicable resolution to disputes concerning online purchases may submit a complaint, for example, via the EU's Internet ODR platform which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR platform also serves as a source of information on forms of out-of-court dispute resolution that may arise between entrepreneurs and Consumers.
The use of the out-of-court methods of resolving complaints and pursuing claims described above is voluntary. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions regarding out-of-court methods of dispute resolution and claim pursuit are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an obligation for the Organiser to use them.
§ 4 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organiser is the administrator of participants' personal data. The processing of participants' personal data takes place in accordance with applicable law and the Organiser's privacy policy, available during the Promotion Period on mexen.ie.
Participants' personal data is provided voluntarily, but its provision is necessary to enable the purchase of products within the Promotion.
§ 5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
If a Promotion Participant, being a consumer, purchases a Product under the Promotion in the online store mexen.ie, they have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment without giving any reason. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient for the Promotion Participant to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the sales agreement. Issues related to withdrawal from a distance contract are regulated in the online store's terms and conditions and in the section available at: https://mexen.ie/returns.
Partial or complete cancellation by the Promotion Participant of a distance contract concluded under the Promotion may result in the loss of discounts granted to the Promotion Participant for participating in the Promotion. The Promotion Participant is obliged to return all discounts or other benefits granted to him/her under the Promotion.
The above provisions in no way limit the Promotion Participant's right to withdraw from a distance contract.
This chapter does not apply to entrepreneurs.
§ 6 AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, which include, but are not limited to:
- the necessity to adapt technical and IT solutions for the organisation of the Promotion to market conditions related to technical and IT progress.
- a change in existing or the introduction of new generally applicable legal provisions that directly affect the content of these Terms and Conditions.
- the issuance of an administrative decision or court ruling requiring an amendment to these Terms and Conditions.
- the correction of obvious typographical errors.
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will not affect the rights acquired by Promotion Participants. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be published with one day's notice. Promotion Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Terms and Conditions may withdraw from participation in the Promotion.
§ 7 FINAL PROVISIONS
Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the online store's terms and conditions at mexen.ie and applicable Irish and EU law shall apply. The parties expressly exclude the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
These Terms and Conditions are valid during the Promotion Period, as specified in §1 point 4.
