Terms and Conditions for the "Kitchen Days at Mexen" Promotion in the online shop mexen.ie from 5 May 2026 to 15 May 2026


I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the promotion named “Kitchen Days at Mexen”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
  2. The organiser of the Promotion is Agraf-Kieszkowski Rafał, ul. Strażacka 6, 05-084 Leszno (Poland), EU VAT number: PL1181563829, REGON: 141494553, E-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
  3. The Promotion is valid in the online shop operated at: www.mexen.ie.
  4. The Promotion is valid from 5 May 2026 at 00:00 to 15 May 2026 at 23:59:59, or while stocks last (hereinafter: “Promotion Period”).
  5. A prerequisite for participation in the Promotion is reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  6. A Promotion Participant is any customer of the mexen.ie shop who purchases Promotional Products in the mexen.ie shop during the Promotion Period.

II. Rules of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion applies to the purchase of products in the mexen.ie shop that are marked on the product page with the information: “Kitchen Days” (hereinafter: “Promotional Products”), and are exclusively products from the KITCHEN category.
  2. All Promotional Products will be displayed on the mexen.ie shop page and marked with a promotion tag during the Promotion Period.
  3. The Promotion offers a discount to every person who, during the Promotion Period, purchases at least 2 Promotional Products in a single order on the mexen.ie online shop, as follows:
    1. 10% of the price of the cheapest Promotional Product in the order, for exactly 2 Promotional Products in the order,
    2. 20% of the price of the cheapest Promotional Product in the order, for exactly 3 Promotional Products in the order,
    3. 30% of the price of the cheapest Promotional Product in the order, for exactly 4 Promotional Products in the order.
  4. The number of Promotional Products is limited. In justified circumstances, particularly in the event of stock depletion before the end of the Promotion Period, the Promotion Period for a given Promotional Product may be shortened.
  5. This Promotion is not cumulative with other parallel promotions in the www.mexen.ie online shop, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or in the terms and conditions of other promotions and discounts.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the validity of the Promotion.
  7. The discount cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent or any other means of payment.
  8. Promotional Products may also be included in another promotion organised by the Organiser at another time, under the conditions specified in the terms and conditions of that promotion.

III. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

  1. In the event that the Promotion Participant, who is a consumer, purchases a Product as part of the Promotion via the online shop www.mexen.ie, they have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days of receipt of the package without giving reasons. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient for the Promotion Participant to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale. The issues of withdrawal from a distance contract are regulated in the online shop's general terms and conditions.
  2. Partial or complete withdrawal by the Promotion Participant from a distance contract concluded under the Promotion may result in the loss of discounts granted to the Promotion Participant for participating in the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion Participant is obliged to return all granted discounts or other benefits received under the Promotion.
  4. If an order includes Promotional Products, the Organiser is not obliged to accept the return of products sold at full price without the simultaneous return of all Promotional Products that qualified for the discount. This is because the discount was granted based on the combined purchase of these items as per the Promotion rules.
  5. The above assumptions in no way limit the right of the Promotion Participant to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.
  6. This chapter does not apply to entrepreneurs.

IV. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the email address: [email protected] or the correspondence address: AGRAF - Kieszkowski Rafał, ul. Strażacka 6, 05-084 Leszno/Poland.
  2. The Seller recommends that the Promotion Participant provides the following in the complaint description: (i) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint; (ii) the Participant's request related to the complaint; and (iii) the contact details of the person submitting the complaint – this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements given in the preceding sentence are merely recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without following this recommendation.
  3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
  4. The Promotion Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint by a return message, which will be sent to them in writing or to the email address from which the complaint was submitted, depending on the form of complaint chosen by the Promotion Participant.
  5. The Consumer who would like to take advantage of the possibility of an amicable resolution to disputes concerning online purchases may submit a complaint, for example, via the EU's Internet ODR platform which is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
  6. Consumers in Ireland may also seek advice from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) or pursue their rights through the Irish small claims court system.

V. Protection of Personal Information

  1. The Organiser collects and processes the personal information of the Customers in accordance with applicable provisions of law and with the Privacy Policy available during the Promotion Period on the website www.mexen.ie.
  2. The personal information of Participants is provided voluntarily, but its provision is necessary to enable the purchase of products within the Promotion.

VI. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions for a valid reason, which includes, among others:
    1. the need to adapt technical and IT solutions for the Promotion to evolving market conditions and technological advancements.
    2. a change in existing or introduction of new generally applicable legal provisions that directly affect the content of the Terms and Conditions.
    3. the issuance of an administrative decision or court ruling requiring a change to the Terms and Conditions.
    4. correction of obvious clerical errors.
  2. Introduced changes to the Terms and Conditions will not affect rights acquired by Promotion Participants. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published one day in advance. Promotion Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Terms and Conditions may withdraw from participation in the Promotion.

VII. Exclusion of Liability

  1. Please note that we only provide our Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
  2. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Irish law.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the general terms and conditions of the www.mexen.ie online shop and applicable Irish and EU Law shall apply. All parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
  3. The parties expressly exclude the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are valid for the duration of the Promotion, as specified in Section I, point 4.
