Terms and Conditions for the Promotion “Shower Cabin Week at Mexen”

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the promotion named “Shower Cabin Week at Mexen”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
  2. The organiser of the Promotion is:

    hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.

  3. The Promotion is valid in the online store operated at:
    Mexen – www.mexen.ie
  4. The Promotion is valid from 25 May 2026 at 00:00 to 31 May 2026 at 23:59:59, or until stocks last (hereinafter: “Promotion Period”).
  5. A prerequisite for participating in the Promotion is reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  6. A participant in the Promotion is any customer of the mexen.ie store who purchases Promotional Products during the Promotion Period.
  7. Customer, Consumer, and Entrepreneur are defined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online store www.mexen.ie.

§ 2 DETAILED PROMOTION CONDITIONS

  1. Main Promotion

    The Promotion consists of a discount:

    • A 10% discount on shower cabins, shower cabins with bases, shower doors, and walk-in shower screens available on www.mexen.ie.
    • Products covered by the Promotion will be marked on the mexen.ie store page.
    • The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart upon fulfilling the Promotion conditions.
  2. General Rules

    Discounts are calculated from the current prices visible on the website at the time of placing the order.

    The Promotion can be combined with other promotions and price reductions visible in the online store, unless separate conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.

    The discount is applied automatically and is visible in the shopping cart.

    The discount amount cannot be exchanged for a monetary or material equivalent.

    The Promotion applies exclusively to sales made directly by the Organiser through the online store www.mexen.ie.

§ 3 COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PROMOTION

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the email address: [email protected] or the correspondence address: “AGRAF” - Kieszkowski Rafał, ul. Strażacka 6, 05-084 Leszno, Poland.
  2. The Organiser recommends that the Promotion Participant provides the following in the complaint description: (i) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint; (ii) the Participant's request related to the complaint; and (iii) the contact details of the complainant – this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Organiser. The requirements stated in the preceding sentence are merely a recommendation and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without adhering to this recommendation.
  3. The Organiser undertakes to process each complaint promptly, and in any event, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. The Organiser will provide a substantive response within this period.
  4. The Promotion Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint resolution via a return message, which will be sent in writing or to the email address from which the complaint was submitted, depending on the form chosen by the Promotion Participant.
  5. According to article 14, paragraph. 1-2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 524/2013 from 21 May 2013, we commit ourselves to placing information on the ODR platform. Online Dispute Resolution is intended to facilitate an independent, non-judicial settlement of disputes between consumers and traders through the Internet. These disputes relate to contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts concluded between consumers living in the Union and traders established in the Union.
  6. The Consumer who would like to take advantage of the possibility of an amicable resolution to disputes concerning online purchases may submit a complaint, for example, via the EU's Internet ODR platform which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

§ 4 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Organiser is the administrator of the personal data of the Participants. The processing of Participants' personal data takes place in accordance with applicable law and the Organiser's privacy policy, available during the Promotion Period on www.mexen.ie.
  2. Participants' personal data is provided voluntarily, but its provision is necessary to enable the purchase of products within the Promotion.

§ 5 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

  1. In the event that the Promotion Participant, who is a consumer, purchases a Product as part of the Promotion via the online shop www.mexen.ie, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the package without giving reasons. To comply with the aforementioned deadline, it is sufficient for the Promotion Participant to submit a declaration of cancellation of the purchase contract. Issues regarding withdrawal from a distance contract are regulated in the online store's terms and conditions and in the section available at: https://mexen.ie/returns.
  2. The above assumptions in no way limit the Promotion Participant's right to withdraw from a distance contract.
  3. This chapter does not apply to entrepreneurs.

§ 6 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for a valid reason, which includes, but is not limited to:
    1. the need to adapt technical and IT solutions for the organisation of the Promotion to market conditions related to technical and IT progress.
    2. a change in existing or the introduction of new generally applicable legal provisions that directly affect the content of these Terms and Conditions.
    3. the issuance of an administrative decision or a court ruling necessitating a change to these Terms and Conditions.
    4. the correction of obvious typographical errors.
  2. Introduced changes to these Terms and Conditions will not affect the rights acquired by Promotion Participants. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published with one day's notice. Promotion Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Terms and Conditions may withdraw from participation in the Promotion.

§ 7 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the online store's terms and conditions at www.mexen.ie and the applicable Irish and EU Law shall apply.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are valid for the duration of the Promotion, as specified in §1 point 4.
