Colorful slats – design inspirations

The Mexen slat collection includes a wide range of colors. Colorful wall slats, available in natural wood and bronze shades, will introduce warmth and coziness into the room. They work very well in minimalist and vintage styles. Meanwhile, grey slats add elegance and pair perfectly with architectural concrete or glass. For this reason, they are often chosen for interiors designed in an industrial spirit.

For bolder arrangements, black slats will be an excellent choice. Colors that create a striking background and emphasize contrasts can play a leading role in interiors. On the other hand, white slats brighten up the interior and add lightness to it. The Mexen range also includes golden slats, which introduce a luxurious accent into the space. Mexen's colorful slats are made from MDF strips covered with veneer that faithfully replicates the wood structure or creates a smooth, uniform surface in a matte or glossy color. Depending on the series, the panels may be installed on an HDF board (4 mm) or on acoustic felt (8 mm). This gives them soundproofing properties and helps improve the acoustics of the interior, eliminating reverberation and echo.

Each panel is carefully finished and resistant to scratches, moisture, and UV radiation. Colorful slats can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, and their installation is simple - just use mounting glue or screws. The solid construction ensures durability for years, and the minimalist design keeps a visual order in every room.
