floor linear drain 100 cm

Why choose a 100 cm linear drain?

The reason is that in every modern bathroom or bathing room, such a linear drain is the ideal solution. The 100 cm length is the perfect size that fits almost any shower cabin or open space with an installed walk-in wall. What’s more, it efficiently handles the drainage of water even from large showerheads. This effective drainage is ensured by the high throughput of the drain. Another undeniable advantage of a floor drainage made of stainless steel is its aesthetic look and ease of maintenance. Stainless steel is known for its extraordinary durability and resistance to corrosion, which significantly prolongs the product's lifespan. It is also worth noting the uncomplicated installation of the device. Feedback from our satisfied customers shows that the assembly instructions included with the products contain all the necessary information and a detailed installation description.

What to consider during drainage installation?

Before installing the drainage, check if all the necessary accessories are included in the set, such as a siphon, water-draining channel, adjustable legs, a surrounding flange measuring 2 cm in width, installation stabilizers, a reduction, and a movable grate with space for inserting a cover or tiling. Mexen products are also equipped with a removable contamination filter, which can be cleaned at any time. If your bathroom floor is not too thick, opt for a low siphon. This is important during installation. 52 mm is the minimum depth at which such a siphon can be installed. Using drainage with a low siphon does not affect its throughput. The previously mentioned filter and legs available in the set play a crucial role here. Their correct mounting ensures the stabilization of the drain once it is set and the proper collection of water from the shower surface.
