A kitchen sink with a drainer is an essential piece of equipment for every kitchen. Modern technology allows us to purchase granite, steel, and even marble sinks. Depending on your needs, you can choose models with one basin, two, or a one and a half basin version. Regardless of the number of basins in your new sink, a good solution is the drainer integrated with the sink. This gives you additional space that will be useful not only during dishwashing.

Granite Sinks with Drainer

Granite sink with drainer

The granite sink is made from granite aggregate combined with various resins. The higher the resin content, the more flexible and resistant to mechanical damage the sink is. Mexen's store offers granite sinks with drainer available in several trendy colors to choose from. Depending on the size of your kitchen, you can also choose from many sizes. The narrowest of our sinks are 436 mm wide, allowing them to fit on top of a very narrow cabinet in a small kitchen. As for their length, we offer sinks with dimensions ranging from 576 to even 1000 mm - this can be a really large kitchen sink. All sinks available in this category are equipped with a practical drainer, which can be placed on the left or right side. All models are reversible.

Modern sinks with drainer

If you're still unsure which sink to choose, be sure to check out our proposals, we have perfect solutions both for a large kitchen and for a small kitchenette. Our sinks made from durable granite composite are made from a material that withstands high temperatures excellently - you can even pour boiling water into them without worry. The smooth surface is resistant to discoloration and easy to keep clean; it's hard to scratch. Each of our sinks is equipped with an automatic stopper, allowing you to empty the sink basin without having to get your hands wet. Just press the button on the edge of the sink. Additionally, with the sink, you receive a matching automatic siphon. There is also the option to connect a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a waste grinder. The last option is made possible by using a drain with a 90 mm diameter.

Granite Sinks with Drainer

Why is it worth buying a kitchen sink with a drainer?

Are you wondering if the sink you want to buy needs to be equipped with a drainer? No, it doesn't have to be, but definitely, a sink with a drainer is a solution that is worth considering. A large basin will allow you to wash not only dishes and pots but also products needed for meal preparation, but where is it most convenient to put washed vegetables? You can lay them on the kitchen countertop or table, but then you'll have to wipe away the water dripping from them. It's definitely more reasonable to place them on the drainer.

Kitchen sinks with a drainer are the best solution if you choose to mount on the countertop. This way, you gain additional workspace where you can place dirty or hot items. The maintenance of granite sinks is extremely easy. A soft sponge and dishwashing liquid are enough; no need to reach for specialist cleaning products. Among the many advantages mentioned here, there is only one downside - a granite sink with a drainer is relatively heavy, so it should be installed on a sturdy cabinet or countertop of appropriate thickness.
