The Mexen AL-L PE-RT/AL/PE-RT 16 x 2 mm pipe is a versatile product for applications such as central heating, underfloor heating, and the transmission of cold and hot domestic water. With a length of 200 m, 16 mm diameter, and 2 mm wall thickness, it ensures excellent strength and durability. The outer and inner layers are made of polyethylene with increased thermal resistance, and the antidiffusion guarantees 100% resistance to gas and corrosion penetration. The product features a linear expansion coefficient of 0.024 mm/(m·K), thermal conductivity of 0.43 W/(m²K), and a reaction to fire class E.

The product is characterised by extraordinary resistance to high temperatures, not deforming even with prolonged exposure to hot water. The material is also resistant to damage and cracks caused by sudden temperature changes.
